These Terms govern your use of Vyra, a mobile app that shows nearby users and lets them exchange signals, matches, and messages. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 17 years old to use Vyra. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement and that creating an account doesn’t violate any law applicable to you.

You’re responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Vyra places you on a radar visible to other nearby users based on your approximate location. You may send a “signal” to another user; if they signal back, you’re matched and a chat opens. You control what identity information (mood, outfit, optional name) is shown to others.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate another person.
• Use Vyra to stalk or track someone without consent.
• Post unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• Misrepresent your age or identity in a way meant to deceive.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.

Violating these guidelines may result in suspension or permanent removal of your account, at our discretion.

Vyra depends on device location services and network conditions. We don’t guarantee the radar’s accuracy, and you use location-based features at your own discretion — including any decision to meet another user in person.

You retain ownership of the content you send through Vyra (messages, identity details, media). By sending content, you grant us a license to store and transmit it as needed to operate the service. You’re solely responsible for the content you share.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put other users at risk.

Vyra is provided “as is.” We don’t vet the identity, intentions, or background of any user, and we’re not responsible for interactions that happen off the app, including in-person meetings.

To the extent permitted by law, Vyra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Vyra after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
